Please contact us or visit our new Stonecastle Dentistry website to be sure you've explored all financial options. Payment in full is expected at the time of services performed. We offer a number of payment options including:

Dental Insurance - Your insurance plan is a contract between your employer and the insurance company. No plan covers all dental expenses. All patients are financially responsible for their accounts including any deductible and co-pay amounts. We are happy to process your claims but any questions about your coverage should be directed to your employer or insurance company.

A 5% Reduction in Treatment Cost- If treatment exceeds $500 and payment in full is received prior to treatment rendered.

Post Dated Checks or Pre-signed Bank Card Vouchers - These will allow us to extend to you a three month payment option.

Care Credit - This dental credit card will allow you to make small monthly payments without tying up your existing bank cards. You must apply and be approved by Care Credit. Applications are available in our office.

Gradual Treatment Plan - If you do not have insurance or are not approved for credit we can schedule your treatment over several months. The most urgent services will be scheduled first. By spreading your appoinments over several months you will be extending your financial responsibility over the same time.
